Newbie from Colorado

  1. So, got myself a Masterbuilt Digital 40 for father's day. I've been grilling on gas for many years and thought I'd give this smoker thing a try. I'm not much into heavy sauces or sweet meat and that seems like a common theme in the smoking world, but hoping to learn the basics and will figure it out from there. Thanks in advance.
