After lurking on your site for a couple of weeks I took the "plunge" and joined. Probably won't see too many posts from me because the search function is FANTASTIC! As a guest on your site I've been able to research both style and brand of smokers. I will be purchasing a MES 40 soon and hope to get some practice done prior to Thanksgiving.
