Hi all newbie griller here (patio grilling) i am not really new to it but i am new to learning everything i can about smoking and making some good bar b q. I do live in a Apt at the moment so i basically have a small Portable Char-Griller nothing spectacular but it does the job and does it good. Ive been looking around the forum a bit and really like what i see. Im looking for the e-course but dont really see a link but look a little more. This weekend i do plan on trying out my first brisket and super excited about it and im also looking to make my own rub for it so it will be a double first for me (grilling it and making my own rub) i look forward to interacting with all you bar b que masters. Any advice you guys have for me is veerryyy much apprciated..think of me as you all's internet apprentice lol
