I decided to sign up to this, after months of solid reading and debating about what kind of smoker I should build.
I'm from England, love to bbq (when we get the weather for it) and love meat. I wanted to make a smoker to make smoke jerky, after a ton of research I took the plunge and made one last weekend.
well that's it about me. All I can say is a massive thanks for all of your help so far...reading your posts has been an enormous help, and I look forward yo more help.
