Don't usually do forums but this 1 was just AWESOME! Looking forward to learning as much as I can about smoking meat. I am a traditional griller, you know hot coals under a rack and let it go, but I have wanted to experience the flavor and joy of smoking my own (you name it) on my own smoker. I originally hale from Fayetteville NC with and have had some of the best Barbecue (pulled pork as most of you call it) all throughout the state. Now Living in Southern Indiana the food is a little bland and want to livin' it up with some good ole NC flavor. I have learned so much just in the few days I have been checking the site out. Once again, this place is AWESOME! Looking forward to sharing some Qing with you.
