Newbie checking in

  1. Hi guys. I'm new to smoking and am here to learn as much as I can. I'll be buying a smoker next month and want to be ready.

    Me:
    Live in WI & FL depending on the weather
    Retired
    Moderator at NetTalkCooking and am familiar with the vB software

    Glad to be here and am looking forward to the information I know y'all possess.

    It's also free and it will give you the basics of smoking. So after all of that you just need to go grab something to smoke and if you have any question just post them here and we will answer it quickly so you don't have any mishaps with your smoke.

  9. Naples. Been there 12 years. Snow birded for 5, then did year round for 5 before getting tired of the summer heat and started coming north again summer of '08.

    When you uploading to Photobucket I always use the Large IMG setting, 640 x 480 it is a nice size...
