Newbie but learning !

Well, I thought I would post a new recipe I found - Smoked Mac and Cheese. Sounds funny, but it turned out great, if I do say so myself. That is the second thing that I have smoked since I got my WSM smoker. I will do a pork loin tomorrow and post the picture as well. New to smoking, but having an absolutely fantastic time learning
