Yup, we're new too. My husband and I live in NC and have a 48" Lang pull behind. We've only been smoking for 2 years now and have found "Serious BBQ" to be a great reference in teaching us. We're not going to compete...just want to provide some quality food for gatherings. Looking to use this site for any tips so we can hone our skills!
