Hi....Charlie Carver. I Live in Clermont FL (Orlando area).I  have a smoker with an offset box my father in law from TX built for me about 20+ years ago. Also have a Green Egg (to save fuel for smaller gatherings). Consider myself an OK smoker (I Like cigars).

Does anyone know where I can find a packer trimmed brisket in my area? The Wal-Mart in my area stopped selling them.

Welcome to the group Charlie!  Do you have Publix around you?  I've picked up some pretty meat when down in the Destin area.  Not familiar with the Orlando scene, what about Sam's or Costco?

No luck on all of those from my recent searches..they only sell the flats...not whole brisket..,.. I guess I could order one on line ..,...but expensive....and I like to see what I am purchasing with a brisket. Any comments from anyone on buying a brisket off the net?????Really miss going to HEB or KROGER to pick my brisket....

Go to Publix meat dept., they will order anything you want & have it on the next truck.
