I live in sw fla I am a courier for a cancer testing lab. I have been smoking using a gas grill for 6 months now and need to buy a real smoker and I need help. I am looking for a propane smoker and don't know which one is the best Please help

Welcome from SC, Randy. You have come to the right place with lots of folks who are always ready to share their ideas and tips. All you have to do is ask and keep reading. I can't really help you with a propane smoker since I use a stick burner. I really like working with the fire and the great smoke results that I get on my cooks.
