Hello everyone! My name is Dave and I'm from the big town of Fletcher OK. I've been cooking with a smoker for about 4 years now. Started with the basic char-broil smoker until it got to small. I built my first smoker last summer and was pretty pleased with it until I had to load it on a trailer to use it at different functions. I'm getting ready to start on a trailer smoker real soon and going to a reverse flow style smoker. This is the one I built last summer.

Welcome to the forums, Dave, from another Oklahoman!  Glad you've joined us.  You've found a great place to learn and share ideas on our favorite pastimes...grilling, smoking, and curing great food!  There are lots of friendly and knowledgeable folks here who really enjoy helping one another.  Just ask any time you need help and you'll get plenty!
