Hey fellas I'm Eric just got a propane vertical smoker. I Have already used it on a 15# pork butt for pulled pork came out great and smoked a 10# brisket which came out ok a little overcooked IMO but it was eaten in about 15 minutes..... I've read through and got some good info already.... Excited to be hear..... RIBS COME SOON
