Girth here,

I live in the great state of Minnesota, I am new to smoking and pretty green to all its practices.  Forgive me if I ask obvious questions, I research quite a bit to find answers before I ask but sometimes easy answers slip by me.  I am currently using a crude fridge smoker.  I have a 1500 watt element and it is controlled by an auber ins PID.

Welcome Girth,

I am "from" the great state of Minnesota too!

You will find lots of great help here! Don't be afraid to ask questions, someone always has the answer.

Enjoy...Now living in the "GREAT state of Arizona" much warmer here from Oct thru May, then I leave!
