Hello, new smoker here from Palmetto, FL (Tampa Bay). Started smoking a couple weeks ago with a Masterbuilt 30" Smokehouse smoker. Love the thing, made some good baby backs, though too much rub, a pretty good brisket, though didn't cook it long enough, a slab of spare ribs that came out just right, and some big whole potatoes that were amazing. I think the next thing on my list is a butt, going to do some searching on here to see the best way to do it. Love this forum, haven't had to search very long for any answers. Oh, and I want to try and make some ahi jerky too. Maybe i'll do that next!
