Newb with big ambitions

Hello all,

New to the scene and already incredibly impressed with the site. Can't believe the wealth of information available.

A little about me... I am a mechanical engineering senior at Penn State Harrisburg. ALMOST FINISHED! I am also the process engineer at Clair Global. I have done a few Qs in the last few months. Ive been using my in-laws electric smoker (not sure of the model - post it later) that has gotten me far enough into it that I want to Q every chance I get. Super exited to get involved on the site.
