Good morning Everyone and Happy Divisional Playoff Weekend!! Go Patriots!!

I am new to smoking, was given a Brinkman Gourmet Electric a Smoker and started getting right into it. I have done pork ribs, beef ribs, pork tenderloin and now today a Boston Butt. I purchased a spray bottle for spraying the meat while cooking and a grill mini thermometer so that I do not have to open the lid as often. Any tips on temps, recipes and bacon wrapping would be appreciated.

I hope to be a worthy contributor and welcome and suggestions or critiques.

Mike
