Newb from NC

Good morning!

I am new here and just stumbled across this site today while looking for a new smoker.  I currently have a regular charcoal grill (Char-broil) that I smoke flat iron steak, hot dogs, and chicken on.  Been doing it for a few years now but want to learn more and expand my menu.  Hope to learn a lot here and will probably have some questions.  Married with 3 kids, one in college already, so don't let the "Kid" part of my name fool you ;-)
