Greetings from Las Vegas, NV. I want to introduce myself. My name is Jason, and after having been a veg for the last decade, I started eating meat again not long ago.

I thought I remembered what everything tasted like, but I was wrong. Some things are absolutely awful, and some are much better than I remember.

I got an A-made-n smoker tube a couple of weeks ago, and wanted to try it out.

In my search for a great beef rib recipe, I found this forum. The depth of knowledge is quite impressive here.

I am just starting to smoke, and only have the cold smoking available to me. I have a prehistoric gas grill with no temperature gauges.

I am looking for any suggestions for beef ribs
