Hey all,

Long time listener, first time caller. Got my first smoker about 8 months ago as a gift from the in laws. Might be one of the best gifts ever! Lucky I didn't marry a vegetarian. Haven't had a bad meal out of the smoker yet (a vertical propane smoker). The wife has even proclaimed that we will never go out for cue again (not bragging - everything I know I got from here!) - and we live in a cue capital! I have been keeping up with this site for a while now, but decided to make it official.

Looking forward to learning lots more!
