whats up guys! this is the 2nd time I am signing up on here. my last profile got earased somehow. I have been trying to find the 3-2-1 method for ribs. can someone post it for me? thanks

Welcome back glad you re-joined us. The 3-2-1 method is for spare ribs with the smoker at 225*. Smoke the ribs for 3 hours then into foil for 2 hours then back into the smoker un-foiled for 1 hour. This method is a general guideline and will give you tender fall off the bone ribs most people will modify it with experience to get to what suits there preferences and tastes.
For baby back ribs try 2-2-1

Ribs are one of the few things that go by time or the bend of the ribs

I have learned that when the meat pulls back from the bone on the end they are usually done. Hard to explain!

Good to see you're back my friend.

Welcome back to the forum. Don't forget to post some Qview of the rib smoke.
