Been watching the website about 5 years. I love in mn and I am using a smoke hollow 44.
 
I have everything always used the recipes from the website hear. This last weekend I did 2 maple chickens and a corned beef brisket. I was bringing the chicken in on the pan and told my wife to wait for them to cool a bit. Before I finished saying that she was picking at one with a fork.
 
Sounds like a successful smoke to me.
