Hey guys, I've gotten so many good tips from this site. I finally joined! Im from Kansas City, started smoking a couple of years ago. I started with an offset smoker my uncle gave me. Its a cos. I started using my weber kettle grill for all my smoking. I love it. Saving up to buy a nicer offset. My top two favorite meats to cook are butts, and brisket. I love spending a weekend on it. I look forward to learning more!
