Just found this place.. I live just outside of Charleston, SC and have grown up on fish and game. I have always enjoyed grilling, and in the last 20 years have been addicted to smoking meats and fish. I have always owned some model of a Brinkman water smoker and have now settled on the electric Gourmet model for it's consistency in heat. I am , right now smoking some beef and pork ribs and will adding some mahi in a little while. B.G.
