New Year's Eve smoke

  1. Two racks of St. Louis style and a pork tenderloin getting happy for tonight. How about the rest of you?
  2. 18 lb. brisket went on at 1am. My mouth is already watering with ~12 hours yet to go. :drool
  3. Very nice. I'm going to be staggering my cooking all day. Won't be eating until around 6 so the ribs will go on around 1, jalapeño poppers around 3, and tenderloin around 4:30-5. I love reasons to do this variety of cooking.
