New Years Eve Ribs

  1. Hi all, third smoke in my Masterbuilt two door propane smoker. Smoking some ribs for tonight, will be adding some salmon later. This pic is at the 1.5hr mark, water pan still has lots in it. You can also sort of see the small mod I did to seal the doors a bit, I used some extra felt gasket from my Big Green Egg, cut in half length-wise and stuck it to the box. Some smoke still leaks from the doors but it's a lot better than it was before.
