New Year's Eve Brisket

  1. After my last brisket I was nervous, but I have to say I nailed it with this one.  It tastes amazing and I owe at least some of it to the fine folks on here to are kind enough to share their advice, tips, failures, and successes on here.  Thanks again everyone.
