New Years Baby..........Backs!!

  1. Ok here we go almost 11pm on New Years Eve and the prepping the BB's with rub and mustard. Will start smoking at about 7am , should be about 15deg. outside but I have the new blanket I made on the smoker so keep your fingers crossed???

    The Plan is 2-2-1 but will check for doneness as time goes by. Heck of a time of year to try my 1st BB's  LOL

    Going to fight a 15-20mph wind in the morning so we'll see how things go?

  5. Ok started the smoke about 7:30 this morning. Its a bit warmer........19 deg. [​IMG]

    In the smoker, temp at 225 and the smoke is rolling!
