Thought we would start the new year right with some ABTs... Got some sharp cheese, cream cheese, some spicy sausage (home made) and bacon. Fired up the cream cheese with some onion, garlic and paprika. Took it to the next level with some diced jalapenos and crushed red pepper! Fried some bacon Ready for some new year stuffin! Stuff'em up 225F for darn near 2 hrs in the MES Needless to say, there were none left in short order. Shoot! building this thread this morning is making me hungry! Too bad there is none left over, I would have one for breakfast! HAPPY NEW YEAR!
