Howdy!

I just moved to Texas from Alaska and bought my first 18" WSM. In AK I had an Oklahoma Joe offset smoker that I used until it rusted apart. I am looking forward to perfecting the WSM and I know you guys and gals will be of great assistance. Thanks in advance.

P.S. 3 racks of spare ribs going on the smoker on Saturday using the 3-2-1 method.

Welcome to the forum, and grats on the WSM! Many of us have them and love them.... and in Texas you will have a lot more BBQ weather to take advantage of.
