New to using a smoker

My name is Robyn, my husband John and I live in northeast WA state. We have a farm, raising commercial beef cattle,hay and we both have full time jobs off the farm. He bought me the Oklahoma Joes Highland off set smoker. I love to cook and bake but I have never used a smoker. Looking forward to experimenting and learning the "art" of smoking meat and fish.
