my passion is cooking,there is something about the smell of smoke and the aroma of meat cooking that i enjoy. been cooking for a long time.of all the meats that i cook i like boston butts best.i cook briskets packer cut about once a month usually for about 20 hrs.i have a brinkman smoke n pit that i can use charcoal or propane. i am an army vet with action in the first gulf war.a nurse and work at a correctional center(prison) i love my work. i have already gotten some good tips and information from reading (your post. take care altmanj

Love those Pulled Pork sammiches...so, naturally...Butt is my favorite too!

The pork, a shot of my Zing Sauce, mound of coleslaw all on a CWB,...
dill chips, fries, and a bowl of stew on the side, all washed down with
a glass of sweet tea w/lemon...it just don't get any better than that!!!
