Hi, I am Anders who lives in Stockholm (Sweden) and Malta. I have been flying all my life (air force and commercial), now finally

I can do what I like. That means traveling, BBQ and golf. I stay in Tampa FEB-MARCH every year.

I have a new Oklahoma Joe Offset smoker, so new I haven't used it yet. But I will as soon as the snow in Stockholm disappears.

Looking forward to take part of this site.

Hello Anders and Welcome to our addiction.  A word of warning: There is no 12 step program for this one!  Many good folk here with a load of experience that they are more than willing to share.  If you have specific questions just start a thread and someone with experience will be along soon to offer advice.  All info you can provide us with will help us answer any questions you may have.  Spend some time doing some research on the forums, tons of advice and recipes already available there.  If I can be of any help please feel free to PM me.  We look forward to your contributions.  Have fun.  Good luck.  Keep Smokin!

Danny,

Thanks so much for the warm welcome, I am still trying to find my way around the site and I guess I need more time. I am also packing

my stuff in Stockholm for a two month trip to Tampa, FL.

It is still a lot of snow here and my new smoker will arrive late MAY, then I will definately get back with my experience or other relevant

stuff.

Take care

Ciao/Anders

Gentlemen,

I forgot, anyone that knows where I can find a convection plate 20¨for my Oklahoma Joe Longhorn smoker? also need a cover .

Nice if it is a location in the Tampa/Orlando area, I will be there in FEB/MARCH.

Cheers/Anders
