Hi all,
I just stumbled across your site while looking for recipes for brisket. I'm a NYer through and through, but a big fan of southern cooking. Being in the city presents a bit of a problem for smoking meat. So, I was looking for good slow cooker recipes for brisket. But, ideally, I'd like to find a way to replicate smoked brisket as closely as possible, given the limitations of a city kitchen. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you in advance for any/all advice!
