Hey all, I'm Dave from the Chicago burbs. I'm somewhat new to smoking. Haven't smoked much besides turkeys for Thanksgiving the last many years, but this past fall I picked up a new smoker - smoke hollow. Love it. Smoked a couple turkeys and they turned out great. Decided to try smoked chicken wings and found this forum which is packed full of great info. I've also smoked chicken legs with a dry rub that my wife made. Mmmmm. Also gonna try a pork tenderloin and some ribs soon. Question...any of you ever smoke with peach wood? I know apple is really good and wondering if peach would be too. I just pruned a large branch from my peach tree and chipped it up hoping I could use it. Thoughts? Thx.

Welcome Dave, Peach wood is great, all the peach orchards are about an hour from me but when I get the chance I try and pick some up. Most all fruit wood are good for smoking.
