Hi, my name is Piet and I live in South Africa. I am retired and want to start a little commercial meat curing business ........ sausage making, spare ribs, bacon etc but I have a lot to learn. I was thinking of building myself a cold smoker and that is how I got to this website. I will enjoy these forums. I think I might be able to get hold of a Weber cooker/smoker but in the event I dont, I will tap the members for advice.
