Hi All. My name is wayne & I live in newfoundland canada. I am definately a newbie....know very little about the process but love the taste. I just built a small wooden smokehouse aprox "24x32x60". I did a test run today with a 1500w double hot plate but could only reach 130f. outside temp was -6c so Im thinking maby propane burner instead. any help about smokin in cold weather would be apreciated.
