hello everyone,

 I'm new to the world of smoking, so far i couldn't be happier that i purchased a weber smokey mountain. Tomorrow is going to be my 5th smoke, so far my wife and i haven't had a bad meal. I look forwarding to expanding my menu with the help of this site!
