Hello All,

Names Joe and I am in the Northeast over in good ole' Philadelphia. Love cooking and grilling so naturally I got interested in smoking. Past couple months started to use a Brinkmann upright smoker with some good success. Looking to make the move to an offset smoker. Just came into a 100gallon propane tank I plan to make into my own little smoker. Any help or advice for a first time builder would be greatly appreciated (especially on how to safely remove the valves and cut into the tank.) Don't want this to be my first and last post!

Looking forward to chatting with you all on SMF!

Joe
