new to the site

  1. Hi guys and gals
    I'm from Kelso, Washington and I have been smoking meat for about a year now. I stumbled into this site by chance and decided to join the community. My current unit is a Traeger lil Tex Pro and it makes me smile every time I look at it. I've made ribs and chicken but pride myself on the pulled pork. Can't wait to talk with some of you and learn more.

    I too am quite new to smoking but you try one thing and it leads to another.

    Welcome from SC. It's good to have you on this great site. I like fried chicken livers ok, but my favorite is gizzards. They're just hard to find in the chicken joints around here.
