New to the site!

Hey everyone. New to the site her. Read tons of different threads on here. Have gotten tons of info from all of you. My name is Jesse Anderson. From a small town right in the heart of WI. Built my first smoker when i was 14. Love the art of smoking and everything that comes with it. Im currently 22 and on my 2nd smoker build. 320 gallon tank, trailer mounted, reverse flow smoker. Looking forward to getting lots of advice from all of you and sharing some of my information ive learned over the years. This is a very vaulable resource and excited to take full advantage of it

Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
