Hello fellow smokers,

I found the site looking for advice on smoking my first beef brisket.  I have had a 30" masterbuilt smoker for about a year and a half and have smoked quite a few batches of ribs, a few pork shoulders and a couple batches of trout.

Looks like there is quite a bit of good advice on the forums and I just wanted to introduce myself.  Recently moved to Wyoming from Michigan.

I am sure I will be looking at the forums on a regular basis.

Thanks,

Muzz
