New To the Site

  1. Hi All , wishing everyone a Happy New Year from New Jersey . I've been dabbling in smoking meats and fish for 12 years . I currently use a vertical propane smoker . I've been busy building a wooden smokehouse and left a few questions in the forum sections .Im always willing to learn new techniques and recipes .

  3. Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
    About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
    and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
    We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
    Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
    because their are so many different ways to make great Q...

  5. I did try to post a pic off my iPhone didn't seem to work but did it say it uploaded .. Does the moderator have to approve it and if so how long does that take , just curious
