Hey everybody

I am new to the forum and stumbled a cross it looking around he internet for information on the art of smoking meat. I've been trolling around for a few weeks before I signed up.

I enjoy all types of culinary styles, however I have been extremely interested in smoking for quite some time (hey, all it takes is money, right?). I have been grilling for a number of years, although am very aware of the distinct differences. I recently acquired a Char Broil American Gourmet 700 with the fire box side attachment. I really look using all the information I have found on this site and hopefully I can eventually contribute!
