Hey guys and gals! Just started smoking last couple years on an actual dedicated smoker (Weber Smokey Mountain Bullet).. Usually do ribs and chicken, going to try a butt soon (will be looking for advice on that!). Doing up 4 racks of ribs tomorrow, just bought Jeff's rib rub recipe and may give that a shot! Ive gotten a ton of compliments and love smoking....I love meat and can't wait to keep learning! I'm from eastern Canada and the weather is looking nice, so here.we.go!!!
