I read in search of trip tip smoking to stop by roll call after registering so here I am. I am 31 yrs old and love to cook and especially Q-ing. Home Theater, guns and fitness are my main hobbies besides BBQ. I have no fancy gear currently but dreams exist for sure :) I have a cheap-o $200 Brinkmann gas grill and recently got a cheap "Old Smokey" brand charcoal grill. Last weekend was Brisket and today was jerkey and a trip tip roast is currently sitting in Old Smokey now. Anyway I will be around to glean from the knowledge here for sure :) Cheat meals will most assuredly come from this forum alone!
