Hey gang,
Thought I'd drop aline to let you know there's another newbie in town. I've been reading the forum for a few days now, Great stuff, and alot of info. I just seasoned my smoker "chargriller pro" on Friday and smoked a couple of killer chickes on Sat. Thanks to all info I've read they turned out
great. Thanks to all.
Good to have you along. Lots of folks around here that have built just about every kind and type of smoker you could imagine, and some you probably couldn't. All of them are more than willing to share the knowledge they've gained along the way if you need help with your build. Good luck and anxious to start seeing it come together.
Thanks all for the welcome!!!!!!!!! I love to take pics so that wont be a problem. Right now just using the weber kettle 22.5" but looking at designs now to go bigger lol. I have a shop to work in so it will be a slow spring project for sure
