Hello Everyone, I live in Highlands,Tx. I built my trailer mounted reverse flow about 15 years ago.

My employees and myself will cook on anything. We have ugly drum cookers everywhere so we can cook

anytime. The big cooker is for parties ans fund raisers. I hope to learn from you guys. Thanks.
