New to the forum...

    Hello and thank you in advance for reading. I'm a little new, having some success smoking already I'm hungry for more. Lol I recently moved to the Sharon Pa area and as I was driving by the shenango dam when I saw some park rangers picking up a maple which blew over in a recent storm. Like a hooker to crack I ran and was pleasantly rewarded with a arm full of green maple. Here's the bad thing guys... I don't have my own smoker yet. Hopefully I fit in around here.

    All I can say, is lookout.  This has become an addiction for me.  Before you know it you will have every gadget out there.  Embrace it!
  4. Welcome Sherkan, as stated above smoking meat is another habit forming venture.

    Like you, I'm pretty new to the game and site, you will find as you travel the "smoking meat road" that the forum is full of friendly advice from all and amongst them all is a few Guru's.

    No matter how silly you think a question is, just ask, you can't learn if you don't ask and although you may give the forum a chuckle you will also receive great information.

    I know what you mean about habit forming. I ran to my mother in-laws backyard for the usage of her smoker on Saturday it was late Sunday night after begging the use a second night offering up a menu for smoked tenderloin of beef. All because I had leftover smoke fuel.
