Howdy Folks, My name is Tommy. I live in Willis, Texas. Been cooking meat most of my adult life. I love BBQ'n and joined this site to interact with fellow Q'rs and share ideas and maybe even learn a few new ideas. In Texas, they say, beef is king. While I don't disagree, my personal preference is pork. I specifically enjoy low and slow cooking and I don't nit pic about times.. I like to check my fire after every beer and check the product on the pit every few beers.
