Hey guys my name is Tony and I am a smoker!! :)
I'm from Toronto, Canada and have only been smoking for about a year. I have what some call the ECB (Brinkman Smoke N Grill). It has served me well over the last year and it turns out great ribs and chicken. I am planning on either upgrading to a newer model one that can control the heat a lot better. May even make my own UDS in the future. But we will see how that goes. as for now I am going to convert mine from charcoal to electric in the next few days.
I am looking forward to learning a lot from this forum and getting new ideas and recipes.
